It's IMPOSSIBLE to balance this weapon... War Robots

War Robots Test Server Gameplay: Ultimate Shocktrain with a -50% Nerf to the last test server and despite this effort. The weapon still basically does the same thing as before. It's still far too powerful: How in the world do you balance something like this? Another -50% again? How much too powerful was it in the beginning then?
